Information and Policies


We are located at 17130 Redmond Way, Redmond, WA 98052 in Redmond’s Bear Creek Shopping Center. Our doorway is situated between DSW and Game Stop.

SalonInfoPgPayment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal check are accepted as forms of payment for services and products. Please note that gratuity can be added to credit or debit. We do not accept American Express.Gift

Cards: Treat those you care about most to the gift of beautiful hair. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. We reserve the right to request a credit card to reserve an appointment if a client frequently cancels their appointment with short notice or no notice. No shows are subject to a charge.

Late Arrivals: We do our very best to accommodate clients who arrive late for their appointment. If you know you will be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule.

Parking: Please allow time for parking. The Bear Creek Shopping Center has a large free parking lot but can be a very busy place and parking can sometimes be difficult to find.

Refunds: Farouche Salon does not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any of your services, please contact us within seven days and set up a complimentary appointment to adjust your hair.

Retail Policy: Farouche Salon does not offer refunds on retail purchases. We are happy to exchange your product for another product or we can return it for store credit. In-store credit will be in the form of a gift card and is valid for retail purchases only, not hair/waxing services. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if 25% or less of the product is used or is within 12 weeks of purchase. Skincare/makeup can only be returned if an allergic reaction occurs.

Children: To ensure everyone’s safety and the comfort of other guests, Farouche Salon respectfully requests that your children be supervised at all times while in the salon.  

**Please Note:  Due to chemicals and sharp instruments in the salon, we require your children to be supervised at all times.”

Waiting List: Farouche Salon does offer a waiting list for each stylist. If the stylist you would like to see is booked during the time you were hoping to come in, please ask to be on their waiting list and we can give you a call if the stylist has a cancellation.

Confirmation Calls:   As a courtesy, we call to confirm your appointments at least one business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Please keep in mind that these confirmation calls are only courtesy calls so please mark your appointments on your own calendar to avoid missing your appointment and to therefore avoid being charged for no showing your stylist.
